Why not? Turning your life towards living an EcoLifestyle

Updated: Jan 20, 2020

GO ECO! What are some benefits of turning your life into an Eco Lifestyle? There are many, many benefits, not only for you but for Earth as well. Did you know, our Earths Trees inhale carbon dioxide, and photosynthesis the carbon dioxide into oxygen. Oxygen is a waste product for the tree, but us humans use the clean air. Trees use carbon dioxide, (which is really toxic for humans) for food, then photosynthesis the co2- into oxygen during the day. Without plants and trees, how can we breathe? Trees also support wild life, reduce stress, provide food, prevent soil erosion, and save water.

Here is a pure and loving shamanic aspect on how Earth helps us humans recycle negative energy. This tactic can be used in meditations. Earth takes energy, neutralizes it in its core and then recycles it. Meaning, it takes negative energy that has the push and pull feeling and it neutralizes the energy into a steady, stagnant feeling. Any time you feel a negative energy urging into your body, physically grab the energy, the feeling from your body and throw it into the floor and say, "I neutralize this feeling." Energy cleansing is a strategy used by Meditation Teachers and shamans to remove resistant from the body.

Here are a few tips to switching toward an eco-lifestyle:

Or use half, do you really need a whole piece?

Healthier for you and kinder to the planet.

Why use the lift if it's only a few flights?

8. Be creative and reuse

Things like bags, bows and paper can be turned into a present or something useful.

9. Take shorter showers, skip baths

You'll save water and electricity on heating

10. Switch off the light
